Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1/2 ground golden flaxseed

  • 1/2 Psyllium Husk Powder

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour

  • 1+1/2 tablespoons baking powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Instant Dry Yeast

  • 1 Table Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 + 1/4 cups Water

Directions

  • Grind the seeds until you get fine pumpkin seed flour.
  • In one medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, ensuring that both salt and yeast are included in the mixture.
  • Incorporate vinegar into the previously mixed ingredients.
  • Then add the water a little by little. Don’t add all the water once to the mixture. You can add two drops of honey and mix it very well.
  • The key to this recipe is gently kneading the dough; avoid applying excessive pressure.
