1/2 Psyllium Husk Powder
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1+1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 Tablespoon Instant Dry Yeast
1 Table Apple Cider Vinegar
2 + 1/4 cups Water
Directions
- Grind the seeds until you get fine pumpkin seed flour.
- In one medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, ensuring that both salt and yeast are included in the mixture.
- Incorporate vinegar into the previously mixed ingredients.
- Then add the water a little by little. Don’t add all the water once to the mixture. You can add two drops of honey and mix it very well.
- The key to this recipe is gently kneading the dough; avoid applying excessive pressure.
